Philippe Bareille is a technical project manager for the City of Paris. After more than 10 years as a software developer consultant, Philippe has had the opportunity to work in as numerous companies as various domains - banking, communications & media, insurances, geolocalization… He's worked as a PM in the IT Engineering and Development team at the City of Paris for 5 years now, and in that time has found that Open Source could serve ethics and public service for the good.
